General Classes

General classes tend to work into all areas of the body and cover the full spectrum of movements including opening, lengthening, strengthening, flexing and extending different muscle and joint groups.

  • Building Strength in the Body, Builds Strength in the Mind

    This class consists of standing, balancing and leg strengthening poses as well as some deep hip and groin work.

  • Take A Journey Through Your Body

    Working into different areas of the body, this class will take you on a journey through shoulder openings, hamstring lengthening, twisting, standing and balancing poses. There's a little bit of everything for everyone.

  • Standing Strong

    This was a live class recorded at the Hatha Yoga Sydney studio. We will flow through some standing poses that will tone the arm and leg muscles using blocks as resistance, we'll work on upper body strength, seated twists, supine hip work and so much more...

  • All Round Goodness

    This is a well rounded practice that will take you through a sequence starting in supine positions, moving up into seated poses and finally into some standing shapes before a gentle inversion and relaxation.

  • Put Your Back Into It

    This class will focus initially on strengthening the back extensors to help alleviate lower back discomfort and help improve overall posture, moving through a seated sequence and then into some standing postures.

  • All Rounder

    Come practice with me in this general class aimed at working through hip mobility and opening, balancing poses and finishing with standing postures. This is an all round practice for your body and mind.
    Props required: 2 blocks.

  • Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes

    This is a general class designed for all stages of your yoga practice and targeting in on better functionality through the hips, shoulders and hamstrings. This is an overall fantastic practice to move all aspects of your body, joints, muscles and mind!

  • Coordinate, Breathe, Count

    This is a general class designed for all stages of your yoga practice. They'll be some hip, shoulder and co-ordination movements, starting on the floor and working through up to standing. There's a little bit of everything for every one!

    An all round general class with a little bit of everything included; twists, hips, shoulder and strength work all included.
