There are many things that need to come together to complete a yoga pose. Stability, breath and presence are just a few which need to be beautifully synchronized in order for an âsana to be an âsana, and not just another physical fitness pose. This is what makes yoga unique. It's holistic approach to both body and mind, along with the sacred breath (considered the bridge between the two), and the awareness and mindfulness of each passing moment.
