A luscious general practice that will take you through a whole spectrum of movements for your body, from hip openings to twists, hamstring lengthening and upper body strengthening. Take a journey through the valley of your body where you can familiarize yourself with where you hold tension and which parts of your body are more restricted and therefore need more love and attention.

We'll start by working into the stuck and stiff parts of the shoulder, move into twists, hip and groin work and then finish with some standing strength work.

A full 60-minute journey around the body to help you feel more connected and aware. We'll work into the shoulders, hips and legs and include some twisting and balancing for good measure.

Starting with lower back strengthening work, we'll then move through twists, hip openings and standing poses to complete an all round body movement session.
