    This general class will take you around the circumference of the body helping you strengthen the lower back, release tight hips and stretch the shoulders.
    Props Required: 1 block

  • Wall Support Practice

    Using a wall to help support your postures, we'll work initially into the shoulders and spine, move onto legs and hips and finish with a wall twist. The idea here is to create more stability and allow the body to feel more supported while holding poses.
    Props Required: A wall, 2 blocks

    During this 50-minute class, we'll work through the entire range of the body from supine poses, seated twists, hamstring work and standing strength based poses and balancing. Ready, steady, go!
