Some days require a little extra support to get us through the day, so try this class if you're in need of a little pick me up. It's a standing flow, with strength work built in. We'll move slowly, with purpose and awareness so as not to miss a single moment of our practice. Being on the mat is a privilege and a pleasure, so let's take a moment to be grateful for the joy of movement.
