This class starts with a neuromotor exercise designed to help your coordination and balance. We'll then search for spaces in the body where contraction and tightness may reside. We'll aim to release any tension in those places so as to create more freedom in the joints and muscles. Liberating contraction means we can develop more relaxation and ease within our movements.
