    We'll work the core, hamstrings and lower back, plus we'll stretch the legs and upper body. You'll finish this practice glowing.

    A strap will be used in this class to tone the arms by creating resistance for the muscles to strengthen. We'll also stretch the side body, challenge our balance and weight bear to build stability and strength in the upper body. Let the energy flow!
