In this 20-minute dynamic practice, we'll start by working into the feet and toes and move into standing poses to strengthen the legs and improve balance.
The feet are often overlooked in any kind of exercise practice, so it's important we give them a little TLC just like any other part of the body. We'll open and stretch the toes and find ways to gain suppleness through the ankles and feet.
