This dynamic movement class is perfect if you are looking for a more challenging practice. It is primarily strength and balance based, as we attempt to create movements that bring a sense of power (and ease) to the body, instead of force (and tension), which is the very opposite of the state we want to be in when we practice. Modify any poses that feel too challenging and adjust, adapt and accommodate at all times so you can finish feeling calm, relaxed and refreshed.
