Moving through a sequence of wrist stretches, spinal lengthening and hip rotations, this practice will give you an overall sense of dynamic engagement as you enliven and energise your body. Some of the standing poses include Trikonâsana (Triangle Pose), Ardha Chandrâsana (Half Moon Pose) and Crescent Moon to help your balance, strength and mental resolve.
