    It's never too late to start practicing again. So if you haven't been on your mat for a while, I invite you to take this class to begin to open up your receptivity to moving your body again. We'll look at opening the hips and shoulders, strengthening the hip flexors and balancing.

    Props Required...

  • Rock 'n' Roll Rotations

    In this class, we'll be working on rotations, especially in the upper body. This will help our range of motion and spinal strength. Add in some balancing, core, and leg strengthening poses, and this half hour class will pack some serious punch!

    Props Required: 2 blocks

  • The Perfect Little Practice

    This practice is juicy and nurturing and perfect if you don't have a lot of time up your sleeve. It covers a little bit of everything. From chest openings, to upper body rotations and arm and leg strengthening. Jump on your mat, and let's get practicing!
