Commitment is a key word that comes to mind when we want to create a consistent practice in order to reap the many benefits yoga has to offer. This means harvesting, sowing seeds, creating foundations and sticking with it even when it feels hard, challenging and not much fun.
There are so many gifts to be found when we spend the time and dedicate the energy to a small practice each day. This class is dedicated to the shoulders, hips and overall strengthening of the body. Once these two primary joints are stretched and open, it starts to help unravel tension in the rest of the body.

Spacious Hips
In this class, we'll focus on creating space around the hip, by slowly opening, stretching and building strength in this large joint. If your hips are tight and tense, then buckle up and come along on this hip journey to explore what can be released and set free.

Today Is The Day
It's never too late to start practicing again. So if you haven't been on your mat for a while, I invite you to take this class to begin to open up your receptivity to moving your body again. We'll look at opening the hips and shoulders, strengthening the hip flexors and balancing.
