    In this 30-minute fluid practice, we'll work many different aspects of the body from core strength, shoulders, hips and leg strengthening all while using blocks to help support and facilitate our movements. You're formally invited to this block party!

    Bringing your awareness to the mat, we'll move through a slow fluid practice designed to strengthen the legs, open the hips and improve your balance all while remaining as present and mindful as possible. Pop aside 45-minutes to move with me. You won't regret it!
