Starting with seated poses, we'll work into the shoulders, chest and lungs to create more space and to counter all the time we spend at our desk hunched over a computer. We'll then move on to rotations and twists for the spine to gain more elasticity and flexibility for improved range of motion for the upper body.

Using the arms to create long, deep extensions, we'll be working into maximising side body stretches while also working into the neck and shoulders to help relieve chronic build up of tension and tightness.
