Although this class is one where we are exploring the body in its entirety, it is also a practice in which the full focus of the mind comes to a place of stillness. You can look at this practice like a moving meditation where the awareness of the mind is connected into the movement of the body and the two work synergistically to create an internal harmonic rhythm. This is what the definition of flow really means. Do your best to remain present in each movement of your practice so as to train the mind to remain in the here and now.
