This class will challenge you to stretch into the places that feel edgy to move into. You know the feeling, right? When you are holding a pose and it feels super challenging, when your legs are shaking, when you can't hold your arms up any longer, when you feel you might just crumble into a heap on your mat from the effort and exertion. Let's make a little peace with getting comfortable with the discomfort, so life doesn't frazzle us so readily and we can breathe through the tightness, the stiffness and the resistance.
