Rev Your Engine
Let's start with some standing neck and shoulder stretches to loosen you up and then we'll move on to some side bends, back bends, hamstring stretches and forward folds followed by a deep relaxation. Enjoy!

In this all round general flow class, we'll start with a supported supine position, move onto the side of the body, come up to do some balancing, side stretching and standing upper body strength work. Phew! There's a lot of juice in this jam packed dynamic fuelled session.
