In this class, we'll take a look at some of the positions we can create to ease discomfort and tightness in the neck area, which can result in tension headaches and tight shoulders if not regularly released. This class is perfect if you are currently working long hours at a desk and tend to slump over your computer or look down a lot while typing or texting.
