Here is a class dedicated entirely to the magnificent quadricep muscles. The quad muscles are the largest muscles in the human body, so as a consequence can be quite resistant and tight. So if you know your thigh muscles need some TLC, then this is the class for you. I've also popped in some tips for how to strengthen this muscle and the muscles around the knee joint to help keep the patella stable. Strap yourself in for the quad ride of your life!
