This grounding and stabilising class will have its focus on the hips, but also in helping you to focus your attention in the present moment. We'll become aware of just how much your monkey mind can distract you and how uncomfortable it can feel to sit, breathe and be still. Allowing ourselves to feel ok with discomfort is very much an integral part of the practice, which later helps us manage difficult and uncomfortable moments in our lives with greater ease and grace.
