This is a great class to do when your shoulders are feeling tight, restricted or tense. Grab a couple of blocks for support and ease your way into each of the positions, incrementally creating a little more depth and intensity as required. Listen for cues from the body, honour them and breathe deeply to support yourself in each shape.
