Warriors emit calmness, strength, inner fortitude, great resilience and can adapt, adjust and accommodate themselves to any situation at any time. Stand firm and strong within the very foundations of your body, so you are immutable, unshakeable and centered internally no matter what is happening in your exterior world. Warriors teach us to be deeply grounded in our sense of Self and not to self abandon at any cost.
