In this movement focused 20-minute class, we'll focus on moving slowly and with intention so as not to bypass the challenge that might appear when we need to support our body weight fully in holds. Oftentimes we can skip past these holds or when a pose feels too challenging, we may overcompensate by pushing more weight into a certain part of the body instead of evenly distributing the weight. While you practice, see if you can notice how you might avoid certain challenges by moving quicker or collapsing through a part of the body in order to avoid a stable, weight bearing position. Bring your awareness and focus to this session.
