The aim of this practice is to move through a series of sequences to create synergy and balance between body and mind.
When we coordinate movement with breath and awareness, we can create a sense of harmony and ease, like everything is flowing beautifully.
In this video we'll work on the hamstrings, groins and hips and then move onto the wrists, shoulders and spine. See you on the mat!
