Sometimes we are all capable of underestimating just how important it is to move the body. The body craves movement and the mind needs it too, so please don't forget just how much sustenance it gets from this simple act. Yoga is the perfect antidote to help shift stagnant energy after being tethered to your desk all day. Let's not get trapped into the cycle of productivity and work to the point that we neglect our body's primary need to move and end up with tight muscles, resistance and pain.
