With everything occurring in the world around us today, it might seem like a lot to have a consistent practice on top of everything else we have to do.
This is a gentle reminder that your practice doesn't need to be overly complex or long. It can be beautifully simple and brief with a deep reverence and presence for the time you decide to be on your mat. What is important is your intention. And even though you might not always feel like stepping onto your mat, when you do, your practice will support you through the vicissitudes of life. Yoga will never judge you. She only asks that you breathe and "be" your authentic self.
