Join me for this delicious 50-minute general sequence that starts with standing poses to build openings through the side body, strength in the legs, overall balance and spinal lengthening. We will then move into some shoulder strengthening (Dolphin pose) and hip opening (Pigeon pose) and a gentle supported Inversion to finish before dropping into Savâsana (final relaxation pose).
