Let Yourself Be
General Classes

By starting with quiet contemplation and a little breath work, we can begin our practice in a more grounded and anchored state of being. It just takes a few moments to sit, breathe, settle the mind and "be" before beginning to move, and can make a world of difference to how you feel during and after your practice. It's a practice we can take off the mat and into our daily life too. Before an important meeting or presentation at work or a difficult conversation with a loved one, sit, breathe, settle the mind and visualize everything going well. This should calm any nerves and ground you back into your body.
We'll also move through a little creative flow sequence, into some balancing, lateral side extensions and finish the class with a little leg and upper body strength work.

On the mat, we aim to move slowly and intentionally, synchronizing the breath in a dance of co-o...
