Finding Freedom
General Classes

When we practice, we are observers of the body moving in synchronicity with the breath, and the mind is focused on these aspects which allows it to be deeply present to what is unfolding. The shapes we create are designed to open and strengthen different aspects of our physiology, but also allow us to find space and freedom so we can learn to reside in our bodies with reverence and respect. We throw out criticism and judgment in favour of acceptance and love of how we are capable of moving in the moment. I encourage you to always step onto your mat with an open mind, a loving heart and a deep well of compassion for yourself.
