Remember your practice doesn't have to look the same each time you get on your mat. You're different every day, so then your practice will be too.
Today we practice slowly, like we're hitting the pause button on an old cassette deck. There's not one aspect of speed or hurry in this class, so make sure you have plenty of time to really surrender in to the long, slow pause.
