In this slow and grounding class, we'll be mindfully creating shapes to help liberate the body of tension, tightness and stress. Our aim is to break the cycle of speed so as to allow the body to decompress and begin to learn to enjoy the benefits of slowing down, creating space, breathing with depth and finding mental clarity within this unhurried state.
