In this supine class, we will attempt to stay as grounded and centred as possible by remembering that the earth beneath us is holding and supporting our physical bodies. This is such a simple way to remind ourselves that we are intrinsically connected to nature at all times, and by lying down and feeling the earth beneath us, we help our body relax and reconnect to this reality.
