Staying close to the ground in this Earth Bound class will help us stabilise and reign in any emotions that may feel like they are running away from us and becoming out of control. While it is important to learn emotional regulation, we can support our physical body by practicing poses that keep us grounded, stable and connected to earth. During this 35-minute practice, we'll work on hip and shoulder openings as well as lower back strengthening.
