Learning to listen to your body and what it might need from moment to moment and day to day is a wonderful skill to develop in order to reconnect with yourself and remind you of what you already know, which is your body is innately intelligent.
The problems we see occurring within us (physically, mentally and emotionally), oftentimes stem from the fact that we choose to ignore the body's signals and signs that somethings up, and instead make choices that are more aligned with what our life/work are demanding.
When we can respect our body's rhythms, its ups and downs and its ebbs and flows, then we are much more likely to live in harmony within its container. Remember you are not a machine and this relentless pace is an unsustainable way to live.
I encourage you to make small changes each day to support and nurture your vessel so it can realise its true potential, which is thriving in optimal health and wellbeing.
