Simple & Sweet/Foundational Classes

If you are new to yoga or you haven't practiced for a while, jump into one of these classes to reacquaint yourself with moving, breathing and being in your body. Feel free to modify any poses when necessary and use cushions, blankets or other props you might have in your home to help support the body when practicing.

  • Simple & Sweet Part 5

    This is the fifth Simple & Sweet class in this foundational level series.
    We'll start with a reclining side stretch opening, move into some breath work, spinal movements for ease and flexibility and finish with a short standing sequence.
