In this class you can do the majority of poses from a chair when working from home or the office to help relieve any contraction in the body from sitting for long periods of time in front of a computer. We'll do some hamstring releasing, twisting, spinal rotating and quad extending. Your body will love you for helping it to unwind the built up knots of tension.
