In this brief practice, we'll be looking at ways to create mobility and ease of motion in the shoulder joint through a series of different poses using a yoga strap. This will help to dislodge tightness and tension that can build up due to poor posture, sitting for extended periods of time without moving your body regularly and build up of stress which tends to accumulates in the shoulders and neck. Let's release and relax!
