Encouraging the body to release, relax and respond to deep hip and groin openers to begin, will prepare you for your deeply nourishing and nurturing hour long session. We will also work into the neck and shoulders, add in some seated hip openers and come up into standing balances. This class will take you full circle and bring you back to the point you started. It's a blissful hour of intentional practice for your body, mind and soul.
