When we allow the body to move more slowly and intentionally, we can attune ourselves with the breath that moves through our lungs, we can be an observer of how the body shifts and changes and we can become aware of creating more space by slowing down. When the body feels a sense of spaciousness and liberation, it relaxes and has a chance to decompress, let go of stress and just "be". This is when we begin to understand that we are inherently worthy and we are enough exactly as we are. There is nothing that we need to do to prove our worthiness. We are all sacred beings that belong within the fabric of this unique Universe.
