This class is dedicated to remembering the very purpose of yoga. To create a strong and supple body, while also focusing attention on the breath to create a stable mind. Without a stable mind, then the true essence of yoga cannot be present. So focus on the breath, rather than the physical postures. If you can keep the breath calm, stable and rhythmic, then your physical practice is supported and the body will be able to adapt and move into the poses with greater ease. Bring your awareness to lengthening and stabilising the breath, and the rest will follow.
