In this short 30-minute practice, we'll create movements designed to access more space in the body. Spaciousness equals freedom. When the body is free from contraction and tension, then it functions at a more optimum level. We'll start by opening the groins, moving on to poses that'll help liberate the region of the torso through twists, and we'll finish with a juicy foot stretch.
