Lye back and relax into this general class which will start by working into the arms and shoulders and then move into the hips, groins and hamstrings, all the while aiming to release resistance and tension in the muscles and joints. Mobility in the body (especially as we age) is super important. You don't want to let the muscles atrophy or oxidise from lack of use, so any shape that feels out of reach during this practice is an invitation to modify and adjust to suit your needs.
