Moving the body in ways we're not accustomed to doing, can challenge the very fabric of our being by opening our minds and keeping us continuously in awe of the capacity our bodies have for change. The practice of yoga isn't just about stretching muscles, it's also about strengthening and expanding the muscle of the mind and our ability to perceive what's happening in our external environment.
If you feel challenged during this class, keep an open mind, resist the need to go into negativity and allow the challenge to push you further toward expansion and growth.
