Some days we are filled with energy and ready to get on our mat and move! Other days take a little persuasion as we gently remind ourselves that we always feel better after practicing.
Today we remember our innate worth on and off the mat, the strength we possess physically and mentally, the trials and tribulations that have lead us to where we are, and the deep well of love that resides within our heart. This is a self-love practice to help you find joy in life even though it might be kicking your ass. Remember it only matters if you think it does.
