This short and sweet practice will begin with some supine work into the shoulders and hips, followed by seated side bends and forward folds, followed by a little flow movement to finish. It's short, sweet and may give you the opportunity to create space and slow down so you can simplify your life for a moment and allow yourself to settle into the stillness of being.
