When we practice, we remind ourselves to be aware not just of the breath moving through the body, but of sensations and feelings that also arise. Allowing ourselves to feel into the discomfort- without the need to come out of a shape quickly so as to feel more comfortable- is a fundamental part of your practice, so you develop the capacity to be perfectly at peace with it all.
In these moments, be inquisitive to what the practice can teach you. Can you breathe a little slower during moments of challenge, can you firm through the feet, legs or arms to feel more stability. Remaining equanimous through the comfortable and uncomfortable sensations is a practice and one that takes time, skill and patience.
