During this 45-minute class journeying through the body, we will focus on the largest joint, the hips. There's so much juiciness to be found here as far as how much we "hold" in the hips which may lead to stiffness, resistance and tightness. Let's see if we can liberate some of that energy and help the flow of blood and prana back into this beautiful stabilising joint.
