Sometimes in our yoga practice we think we can't do a pose, which may or may not be true depending on our physiology, mindset and our ability to open, believe and try. So throughout this class, I'd like you to relax into the shapes rather than create tension or tightness when challenged. Remember yoga wants you to unwind and release tension, not gather more of it. Stay mindful.
Props Required: 2 blocks
