So in order to reap the benefits of what Yoga would like you to experience on the inside and outside, means making a commitment and applying a little discipline each day so you can feel amazing in body, mind and spirit. In this general class, we will journey around the entire body, stretching not just the muscles but your perceptions, emotions and beliefs. Because whatever you believe, (whether something may be possible or impossible), you are right!
