In this general class, we will start by activating and enlivening the musculature of the legs, create twists through the upper body and rotate the torso to find a gentle compression for the internal organs. The class will also include seated forward folds to open the back spaces of the body, back bends, hip releases and upper body strength work. This class moves through all areas of your body. Enjoy!
