This class gives you an opportunity to hold poses for just a little longer than usual to find a quiet sense of ease and peace within the body. Even when holding a pose in a more challenging formation, how calm can your mind stay and does you body have the resolve to hold the posture with ease? Are you able to maintain your breath in a long, slow regulated rhythm or do you notice that when you feel physically challenged your breath alters by quickening and becoming more superficial? These are some great questions to ask yourself as you move through this practice.
